Family Devotions

God has given the responsibility to raise up our children in the Faith. We parents are the vessels that God the Holy Spirit works through to accomplish this great work. Children have the innate ability to look past what we say versus what we do. They know our behavior. They know where we invest our time. From this the child understands what is important in life. They are always watching and observing. So devotions are a good way to model God's Word being important in one's life.

It can be hard to get started. Many of us say we are not teachers. It does not have to be perfect or long. You just have to commit to being regular; even if it is only for five minutes. The secret here is God's Word never comes back empty. Below are some resources to help get started.
