Messiah Lutheran Classical Academy Principal: Job Summary

Messiah Lutheran Classical Academy (MLCA) is seeking a full-time principal. A ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church, MLCA welcomes children in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade with teachers who ignite a lifelong love of learning. The school’s curriculum provides a classical and Christian education to young people based on the truths of the Bible and is designed to nourish each child’s spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth.

The Principal reports to the School Board. Working collaboratively with the School Board, Pastor, parents, and other school and church staff, the Principal leads the staff, fosters staff development, and carries out MLCA’s mission.

Applicants must have a strong belief in the Holy Bible and be members in good standing of a Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod congregation. Applicants should also have strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills along with knowledge of classical education or a willingness to learn about it.

Messiah Lutheran Early Childhood Center Director: Job Summary

Messiah Lutheran Early Childhood Center (ECC) is seeking a full-time Director to serve as chief administrator. A ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church, ECC welcomes children two through four years old with teachers who ignite a love of learning. The preschool’s curriculum is designed to nourish each child’s spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth, with a variety of developmentally appropriate, quality experiences, all wrapped up in a distinctly Christian worldview.

The Director reports to the School Board. Working collaboratively with the School Board, Pastor, parents, and other school and church staff, the Director leads the staff, fosters staff development, develops and implements ECC marketing plans, and carries out the ECC’s mission. 

Applicants must have a strong belief in the Holy Bible and be members in good standing of a Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod congregation. Applicants should also have strong supervisory, leadership, and communication skills along with a warm and nurturing disposition.
